Two festivals are scheduled in downtown Clearwater in November, with a tropical-themed weekend at Coachman Park followed by an international music event at the Clearwater Historical Society.

The Pirates, Parrots & Paradise Festival is scheduled Nov. 7-8 at Coachman Park, according to the organizer’s event page. The outdoor festival features island entertainment and a tropical marketplace. Visitors should confirm public hours and admission details with the organizer.

The Clearwater World Music Heritage Festival is scheduled Nov. 14 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Clearwater Historical Society, 610 S. Fort Harrison Ave., according to Visit St. Pete-Clearwater.

The music program features the Florida premiere of “Ancestral Voyage,” with opera and classical singers performing music from a variety of cultures. The listing identifies music from Lebanon, Korea, Mexico, Cuba, China, Ireland and Germany among the selections.
