Three Clearwater venues will host five ticketed concerts between Friday, July 24, and Tuesday, July 28, headlined by a 10-piece Pink Floyd tribute act bringing lasers, inflatables and a massive circle screen to Ruth Eckerd Hall.

A Pink Floyd tribute opens the run

The Australian Pink Floyd Show opens the run Friday, July 24, at 8 p.m. at Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 McMullen Booth Road. The Clearwater stop is part of the band's "Happiest Days of Our Lives – Greatest Hits" North American tour, which launched July 16 in Irving, Texas, and runs through Sept. 21 in Kitchener, Ontario. Tickets start at $49.25.

Formed in 1988 in Adelaide, Australia, the group was the first Pink Floyd tribute to reach arena-headliner status and says it has sold more than 5 million tickets worldwide. The band once performed at David Gilmour's 50th birthday party, where both Gilmour and keyboardist Richard Wright joined them on stage.

"Join us for a multisensory experience with everything you expect from a Floyd show — inflatables, lasers, a circle screen with films and animations and a cutting edge immersive light show," singer Chris Barnes said in an interview published by Ultimate Classic Rock ahead of the tour launch.

Eagles and soft-rock tributes fill the weekend

Also Friday at 8 p.m., Classic Albums Live performs the Eagles' "Greatest Hits" note-for-note at the Bilheimer Capitol Theatre, 405 Cleveland St. in the downtown Cleveland Street District. Tickets start at $45.

Saturday, July 25, brings Pablo Cruise to Ruth Eckerd Hall at 7 p.m. with Orleans, David Pack and Henry Gross opening. Tickets start at $49.75. The San Francisco soft-rock band scored five top-25 Billboard Hot 100 singles in the late 1970s, including "Whatcha Gonna Do?" which peaked at No. 6. Founding drummer Steve Price rejoined the lineup in November 2025.

The Black Keys headline downtown's amphitheater

The week's biggest draw arrives Tuesday, July 28, when Grammy-winning blues-rock duo the Black Keys bring their "Peaches 'n Kream World Tour '26" to the BayCare Sound at Coachman Park, 301 Drew St. Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney will be joined by opener Eddie 9V. Ticket information is available at rutheckerdhall.com, which manages the venue.

The BayCare Sound is a cashless venue. Clear bags no larger than 12-by-6-by-12 inches are required, and no umbrellas are allowed. Parking is available throughout downtown Clearwater, with ferry and trolley service also running to the area.
